Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This site is for Hound Dog Music Fest, a one-day music festival presented by Baldwin Humane Society. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. In short: we only ask for what we need to send you festival news and answer sponsor questions, and we do not sell your information.
What we collect
Email signup. If you join the pack, we collect your email address.
Sponsor inquiries. If you send a sponsor inquiry, we collect the name, business, email address, optional phone number and message you enter.
Visit information. Like most websites, we can see basic information about visits, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser, and the general area a visit comes from. We use this to understand how the site is doing, not to identify you.
How we use it
We use your email address to send festival updates, lineup announcements and news about the pets the festival supports. We use sponsor inquiry details to reply to you about sponsoring the festival. We use visit information to improve the site.
Who can see it
Your information is shared only with the festival organizers and the service providers that help run this site, such as web hosting, analytics and email delivery. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics tools, including cookies or similar technology, to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your email address or delete a sponsor inquiry at any time by sending a note through the sponsor inquiry form on the home page, and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
